Internal Coach Development
Bicton Junior Cricket Club provides a Coach the Coach session at the start of the season, facilitated by Southern Cricket. During the season, all teams can attend the Southern Cricket facility for a training session which will give both players and coaches tips for technique, training tools and improvement ideas.Coaching Best Practice
